Job summary

The role emphasizes first-contact resolution, collaboration with internal teams, and supporting the contact center while promoting GECU’s member-focused mission.

Qualifications

• Six months of customer service experience required.
• Experience as an email/chat representative or similar role with emphasis on written communication preferred.
• Prior experience in a financial institution or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to member emails and chats with personalized, professional written responses and aim for first contact resolution.
• Assist members with inquiries including general account questions, online banking, card inquiries, transactions and transfers, and educate on other products and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve member inquiries and convey feedback through appropriate channels.
• Perform duties to support the Contact Center as necessary.
