Responsibilities

• Administer incoming member calls and emails for the Loan Servicing and Claims teams
• Document systems accurately with member requests, needs or actions taken
• Assist members with basic questions or troubleshooting on claims procedures via phone or email
• Identify members' needs with high level of member support and professionalism
• Redirect calls to internal team members
• Post transactions as needed
• Assist with special projects and training activities for Loan Operations
