Job summary

You will analyze account histories, tailor payment plans, and document interactions for compliance in a fast-paced, high-performance environment that prioritizes member satisfaction and professional growth. Prior collections experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members to discuss account statuses and payment options.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls and build rapport.
• Analyze account histories to identify trends.
• Create personalized payment plans and document interactions.
• Monitor account developments and report concerns to management.
• Work until 7:00 PM one night per week.
