Qualifications

• Three to five years of similar or related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Michigan Resident Producer Credit Insurance License required for Michigan-based employees.
• External candidates must complete licensing exam within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to become registered through NMLS and achieve notary certification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with members; provide personalized financial solutions.

Responsibilities

• Promote strong member interactions with a consultative approach.
• Cross-sell products: loans, credit cards, mortgages, and other services.
• Process new consumer accounts and loans; meet branch goals.
• Educate members on LMCU products and services to achieve financial goals.
• Resolve issues professionally and maintain compliance with policies.
