Job summary

Lake Michigan Credit Union is seeking a Personal Banking Advisor at the Sun City Center Branch to serve as a financial consultant for members, both new and existing, including consumer and business clients.

You will educate members on LMCU products, cross-sell lending and deposit options, and aim to meet individual sales and service targets while maintaining compliance and a high level of service.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of similar or related experience in banking or financial services.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional banking coursework is a plus.
• Ability to process consumer and business accounts and loans accurately.

Responsibilities

• Promote strong member interactions by establishing trust and rapport with a personalized consultative approach.
• Educate members on LMCU products and services aligned with their financial goals.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell loans, credit cards, mortgages, and business accounts while meeting sales targets.
• Build relationships to encourage member retention and satisfaction and resolve conflicts professionally.
