Job summary

Wright-Patt Credit Union is seeking a Member Center Assistant Manager in Whitehall, Ohio. This full-time role supports the Member Center Manager, oversees staff, and drives excellent member service aligned with our delivery strategy.

The position involves staffing oversight, training and coaching, policy adherence, and active community involvement as needed. A retail financial services background and supervisory potential are preferred; NMLS is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement is a High School Diploma or GED; an associate degree is preferred.
• At least two years in retail financial services is required.
• NMLS is required.
• Supervisory experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising and developing member center partners to support service delivery.
• Oversee staffing to ensure safe, compliant operations and exceptional member service.
• Lead coaching, training, observations, and performance reviews.
• Educate members on using PTM technology and other services.
• Represent the credit union at community events as needed.
