Qualifications

• Associate degree in business or related field.
• 3 years banking, financial services, or credit union experience.
• 2 years supervisory experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily branch operations, ensuring prompt, professional member service and consistent execution of CPCU’s service standards.
• Ensure compliance with member service, operational, fraud-prevention, safety, and security policies; address exceptions and escalate material risks as appropriate.
• Maintain expert knowledge of CPCU’s retail operations, policies, controls, products, and services; ensure branch proficiency in all Member Service roles.
• Oversee branch cash operations, including currency orders, cash levels, and verification of currency shipments.
