Job summary

The Credit Union is seeking a Member Care Center Representative -1 in Miami Lakes, FL to professionally greet members and the public on the phone, process transactions (debit cards, online services, mobile banking, loan payments, ACH requests), and direct calls to appropriate areas.

Essential duties include assisting with administrative tasks, identifying cross-sell opportunities, handling mail, maintaining records, and supporting special projects; adherence to policies and customer service

Qualifications

Three to five years of similar or related experience.
A high school education or GED.
Experience in handling member interactions and basic financial transactions can be an asset.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.

Responsibilities

Answer calls courteously and handle customer inquiries with accuracy.
Process member transactions including debit cards, online services, mobile banking, loan payments and ACH requests.
Identify cross-sell opportunities and promote services to members.
Maintain records, files, and reports; assist with mail and administrative duties.
Support special projects and ensure compliance with procedures.
