Responsibilities

• Serve as Members’ first channel of choice along with eServices, Chat, and Secure Message channels for their financial needs.
• Provide World-Class Personal Service on each contact, resolving inquiries and guiding members to solutions.
• Navigate internal resources and collaborate with the right departments to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Maintain confidentiality of member records and protect account security against impersonation and fraud.
• Assist with account transactions, apply knowledge of products and services, and suggest personalized options.
