Qualifications

• One to three years of similar or related experience.
• High school education or GED
• A positive attitude and a smile that can be heard on the phone

Responsibilities

• Assists members and potential members with their requests and answers questions about products and services and resolves problems.
• Work together with other departments and acts as the liaison between members and the branches and back office departments.
• Identifies cross-sell opportunities and cross-sells services to members.
• Maintains member account information on computer system.
