True North FCU in Anchorage, AK is seeking a motivated Member Service Specialist to support our consumer lending team. You will review applications for accuracy, guide members to the best loan options and help drive cross-sell opportunities.

Who we need:

We are seeking a motivated candidate with a passion for customer service and an eye for detail to join the consumer lending team.

Position Overview:

As a part of the lending team, you will work with members and potential members to support their consumer lending needs by reviewing requests and assisting them to find the best product to meet their needs. In this fast paced role, you’ll review application details for accuracy, complete the loan process while working to find additional product sales and loan opportunities.

What you’ll need:

• One to three years of similar customer service experience, a passion for helping people and good communication skills. We will train the right candidate!
• A high school diploma or GED
• Ability to work efficiently and exercise good organizational skills
