True North Federal Credit Union is seeking a dynamic Contact Center Representative to assist members via phone, email or secure messaging in Anchorage and Juneau. You will respond to requests, explain products and services, and resolve issues with calm, friendly precision.

Ideal candidates have 1-3 years of related experience and a high school diploma or GED. A positive attitude and clear communication are essential for providing excellent member service in a busy environment.
