Southland Credit Union is seeking a Telephone Service Representative to serve Members through our Contact Center, answering questions, processing transactions, and guiding Members to the right products and services.

You will listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and provide clear, accurate information, delivering a professional, friendly experience across phone and digital channels while maintaining confidentiality and security.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of related experience preferred.
• Experience in a credit union or banking environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Connect with Members through the Contact Center phone channel, providing accurate information.
• Ask questions to understand needs and connect Members with the right department or person.
• Process transactions accurately and securely, maintaining confidentiality and security.
• Support Members across email, chat, text, video, and other digital channels.
• Maintain Member files and handle correspondence as needed.
