The American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) is seeking a Customer Care Center Specialist for our Austin, TX office with a hybrid work option. The role focuses on delivering comprehensive member service via phone, email, and in-person interactions, handling applications, payments, and renewals, and supporting CRM and AMS processes.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in customer service, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Zendesk and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of customer service experience required.
• Administrative and call center experience a plus.
• Proficiency with Zendesk and Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as tier 1 contact for the Member Care Center via phone and email.
• Process membership applications, payments, refunds, and renewals.
• Maintain accurate notes in member accounts and internal systems.
• Assist with AMS data hygiene and cataloging member data.
• Support mailroom logistics and conference materials as needed.
• Contribute to Help Center articles and SOPs.
