Job summary

The American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) seeks a Member Care Center team member to deliver comprehensive customer service to members and prospective members by phone, email, and in-person at the Austin headquarters with a hybrid work option.

You will handle membership applications and dues transactions, respond to inquiries, contribute to SOPs, assist with mailings and AMS data hygiene, and support conference logistics; requires three+ years in customer service and a high school

Qualifications

• Three or more years of customer service experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to use CRM systems and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for member inquiries by phone, email, and ticketing.
• Process membership applications, dues, refunds, and renewals.
• Maintain accurate notes and assist with SOPs and data hygiene.
