Job summary

The American Association of Nurse Practitioners is seeking a Membership Operations Manager to oversee Member Care, AMS ownership, renewals, and data integrity. You will partner with IT and vendors to optimize processes and deliver a seamless member experience in a hybrid Austin office.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in membership operations, strong leadership and project management skills, and a customer-service orientation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; substitution allowed with relevant experience.
• 5+ years in membership operations, association mgmt, or customer service operations.
• 3+ years managing membership processes and AMS/CRM.
• Experience coordinating renewals and dues billing cycles.
• Supervision of call center or member service staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day membership operations and service channels.
• Supervise and coach Member Care staff and enforce policies.
• Develop reports and KPIs with VP of Membership.
• Lead renewal operations and resolve system/data issues.
• Improve processes through data analysis and UX testing.
• Maintain AMS and member care documentation.
• Coordinate with IT, vendors, and stakeholders on AMS changes.
• Support recruitment and retention campaigns.
• Assist with budgeting and vendor management.
• Provide on-site support at AANP conferences.
