Golden 1 Credit Union seeks a Member Care Rep I in Sacramento to handle delinquent accounts through inbound and outbound calls, negotiate payment arrangements, and provide compassionate member support while upholding compliance. You will review accounts, update records, and explain options to resolve delinquencies, aiming to protect assets and maintain great member experience in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
• Six months to one year performing general collection duties in a collection environment required

Mansioni

• Place and receive a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to negotiate repayment for past due accounts.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve delinquent and negative account activity.
• Update member and credit union account information accurately and efficiently.
• Educate members about options available to resolve delinquency and retain member loyalty.
• Prepare and process documentation necessary to resolve delinquent accounts.
• Review and research Credit Union records to resolve misapplied payments and transactions.
