Qualifications

• 3+ years with professional experience in financial services, including contact center environments or preferred small business banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and resolve member issues to ensure a seamless experience.
• Assist business members with opening new accounts and onboarding.
• Review onboarding processes, research challenges, and propose alternatives.
• Engage with members to understand needs around credit, deposits, and services.
• Process complex requests via Business Member Support accounts, email, and online banking.
• Ensure workflows adhere to SLA and expedite when needed.
• Compile data for audits of business lending operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Resolve issues related to online banking, business deposits, lending products, and money movement.
• Maintain knowledge of Golden 1 products, policies, and procedures.
