Golden 1 Credit Union in Sacramento, CA is seeking a Member Care Escalations Rep to join the Hybrid team. You will handle delinquency cases, negotiate repayment plans, and support the Collections and Loss Mitigation department.

The role is non-exempt, pays $25.40 to $27.00 per hour, reports to Supervisor - Member Care Collections, and requires 3+ years of collections experience with VISA, negative shares, and loans; H.S. diploma or GED.

Formación

• 3+ years performing collection duties at a financial institution.
• Experience in areas dealing with VISA, Negative Shares, and Loans.
• H.S. Diploma or GED required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform all duties of a Member Care Rep I and II as needed.
• Negotiate with members to generate repayment plans that meet needs of Credit Union and member.
• Handle delinquent accounts, discuss financial arrangements, and advise on potential legal actions.
