Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Six months of customer service or benefits administration experience.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret benefit plans and regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset.
• Attention to detail and data/documentation accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries about eligibility, benefits, and claims status.
• Document conversations and actions taken in the system.
• Process enrollments and update member information.
• Distribute communications related to regulatory requirements.
• Initiate and follow up on action requests to adjust claims or eligibility.
• Research and resolve complex issues and irregularities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
