Qualifications

• Document inquiries and actions in the system.
• Process enrollments and update member information in applicable systems.
• Handle mailers, forms, and correspondence related to benefits and claims.
• Initiate and track action requests for adjustments to claims or eligibility.
• Research and resolve complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Maintain current knowledge of plan(s) and apply it across duties.
• Respond to inquiries in writing, verbally or face-to-face.
• Follow up to ensure completion of requested actions.
• Distribute communications related to regulatory requirements.
