Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months of customer service or benefits administration experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret plan materials and regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office and standard business software.
• Bilingual preferred

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries about eligibility, benefits, and claims status.
• Update member information and processing enrollments.
• Prepare and send mailers and correspondence.
• Document interactions and action items in the system.
• Coordinate with departments on requests and ensure completion.
