Job summary

Zenith American Solutions seeks a Customer Care Advocate to support participants, beneficiaries, union locals, and providers on eligibility, benefits, and claims status. You will handle PHI/PII access per role and excel in documented inquiries and communications.

You will manage enrollment updates, mailings, and regulatory communications while collaborating with teams to resolve complex issues and ensure accurate records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months of customer service or benefits administration experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic and team player mentality required.
• Integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction essential.
• Clear and professional communication, written and verbal.
• Solid organization, detail orientation, and listening skills.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret various benefit plans and procedures.
• MS Office proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of assigned Plan(s) and applies it in all job functions.
• Provides written, verbal, or face-to-face customer service and documents inquiries.
• Updates files and documents system notes of conversations or actions taken.
• Administers retirement and health and welfare benefits: mailers, forms, correspondence, enrollment updates, and regulatory communications.
• Initiates Action Requests to departments for adjustments to claims, retirement, or eligibility; follows up.
• Researches and resolves complex issues and irregularities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
