Collins Community Credit Union in Cedar Rapids, IA is hiring a Member Benefit Consultant to actively promote CCCU products, originate new accounts and consumer loans, and engage in outbound calls and community events on site at our Blairs Ferry Road location. The role emphasizes excellent communication, reliability, multitasking, and a positive can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

Promote Collins Community Credit Union products and services to members.
Originate new accounts and consumer loans (including home equity loans).
Participate in outbound calling and community outreach events.
Assist members with consumer loan products via phone, text, email, and Video Banking.
Assist in-person closings for consumer and home equity loans while ensuring a positive member experience.
Present and educate members on the benefits of ancillary products.
