Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in a financial institution or retail/service-related position.
• Must be willing to register with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry, including fingerprinting and a national criminal background check, and maintain renewals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Perform all branch functions including consumer lending, opening new accounts, and teller services.
• Hit sales and service goals while keeping members' best interest in mind.
• Contribute to team successes and celebrate achievements.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with members.
• Understand members' journey and offer products to meet their needs.
• Show empathy and lend a hand where needed.
