Job summary

First Tech Federal Credit Union is seeking a Relationship Banker II to join its Nimbus Experience Center in Beaverton, OR. You will process deposits, loans, and complex transactions in-person, on the phone, and by email, while building rapport and recommending tailored financial solutions.

You will meet sales targets and support onboarding of new team members, contributing to strong member relationships and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months in a fast-paced sales or customer service role within financial services.
• Ability to listen to members’ needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Excellent listening and communication skills, with clarity in written and spoken form.

Responsibilities

• Process routine and complex financial transactions for members including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cashier’s checks.
• Establish and maintain member deposit and loan accounts including businesses, trusts, fiduciary, and IRA accounts.
• Provide high-quality member service and escalate issues to leadership when appropriate.
• Identify and recommend products and services to meet members’ needs and partner with service teams.
• Meet quarterly metrics and sales targets, including cross-selling and referrals.
