North Island Credit Union is seeking a front-line member experience specialist in California. You will build member relationships, assess financial needs, and guide customers to appropriate products and services, including online and mobile banking, deposits, and loan opportunities.

You will respond to inquiries, open accounts, and support business accounts with accuracy, while following credit union standards and sales objectives.

Formación

• Requires 2–3 years of experience in a financial institution focused on New Accounts, Sales and Consumer Loan origination.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Knowledge of new accounts and lending policies is required.
• Proficient with standard office software and PC usage.

Responsabilidades

• Develops member relationships by providing high-quality sales and service to each member and identifies their financial needs.
• Assists members in selecting appropriate financial products and services.
• Responds to member inquiries over the phone and in person in a timely manner.
• Explains account types, products, or services to members and assists with electronic services (online banking, mobile banking, deposits, bill pay).
• Opens basic Business accounts, Fiduciary, Trust Accounts, IRAs and HSAs, and completes tasks to service accounts.
