Job summary

Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union is seeking a Member Consultant to engage with members across multiple channels including in-branch, drive-thru, phone, and digital tools. You will assess member needs, recommend appropriate consumer lending and account products, and help with self-serve education, transactions, budgets, and account maintenance.

You will open and manage various accounts, process loans within policy limits, and collaborate with members to set financial goals and create budgets.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service or professional experience working with people.
• 1+ years of consumer lending experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of credit and regulatory policy as it relates to consumer lending.

Responsibilities

• Open membership savings, checking, CDs, IRAs, and other accounts/products.
• Provide information and recommendations to members and direct to the right specialist.
• Assist members with lending questions and applications.
