Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interact with members to understand needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Process teller transactions accurately and maintain records.
• Cross-sell credit union products and refer to specialists as needed.
• Open and maintain accounts (checking, savings, IRA, CDs) and assist with online banking setup.
• Guide members through consumer lending processes and explain terms.
