Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience in banking, customer service, or sales is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Interact with members to provide friendly, proactive service and build trust.
Process teller transactions accurately and maintain records.
Identify member needs and cross-sell credit union products and services.
Open and maintain accounts, including checking, savings, and IRAs.
Guide members through lending processes and coordinate with Lending Department as needed.
Resolve member questions and complaints promptly and professionally.
Ensure compliance with Westmark policies and regulatory requirements.
