The position offers a base salary plus incentives, with opportunities for advancement within the Member Advisor career path. Schedule includes a 36-40 hour workweek, weekday and Saturday hours, and travel up to 35 miles for regional coverage.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in banking, customer service, or sales is expected.
• Knowledge of financial products, services, and lending regulations is desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding member service and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Interact with members to deliver proactive, friendly service.
• Process teller transactions accurately and securely.
• Identify member needs and cross-sell appropriate products and services.
• Open and maintain accounts (checking, savings, IRA, and certificates).
• Guide members through consumer lending processes and explain terms.
• Resolve member issues professionally and escalate when needed.
• Ensure compliance with Westmark policies and regulatory requirements.
