Job summary

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience in banking, customer service, or sales.
Knowledge of financial products, services, and lending regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

Provide proactive member service by greeting members, identifying needs, and offering solutions.
Process teller transactions accurately and maintain records.
Advise on loans, credit cards, and savings products; cross-sell as appropriate.
Open new accounts and assist with online banking setup.
Guide members through consumer lending processes and loan servicing.
Resolve member issues; escalate complex cases when needed.
Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
