Salal Credit Union in Seattle, WA, is hiring full-time Personal Financial Representatives to serve members at our Bellevue Branch. Training is provided; no previous experience required.

If you have a background in sales, customer service, finance, or banking, this could be a fit. As a Personal Financial Representative, you will act as a teller and personal banker, selling and cross-selling products, handling transactions, and helping members meet financial goals.

Competenze

• Training is provided for this role and we are hiring new team members that are excited to learn and start a career in banking.
• 1+ years of successful sales and customer service experience is desired.
• Ability to interact positively with co-workers, management, and the public.
• Ability to pair sales skills with a service mindset.
• Willingness to proactively sell our products and services.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Mansioni

• Sell and cross-sell products and services to members.
• Complete account transactions as requested and maintain member files.
• Assist with loan applications by interviewing the consumer and processing per guidelines.
