Responsibilities

• Assesses members' needs and recommends products and services (deposits, loans, investments, insurance, etc.).
• Opens new accounts (savings, checking, money market, CDs, IRAs) and maintains accounts.
• Identifies and acts on product and sales opportunities to meet standards.
• Conducts orientation interviews on services for new members.
• Follows up on sales leads and member referrals.
• Responds to and resolves sales and service issues promptly.
• Performs bookkeeping, notary work, issues/re-pins ATM cards; stays compliant with regulations.
