Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years experience in member/customer service is required.
• 1–3 years experience in financial services is preferred; Notary license and NMLS designation are required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform all transactions in DNA accurately and efficiently (cash withdrawals, deposits, loan payments).
• Process credit card payments in 3rd party portal.
• Perform IRA/HSAs in Ascensus and open IRAs/HSAs.
• Process member requests for wires as needed.
• Inform members about products, services and promotions; cross-sell where appropriate.
• Open consumer accounts in DNA and perform account maintenance for members.
