Working Monday–Friday (9am–6pm) with rotating Saturdays (9am–1pm), you will support member relationships and branch operations. Qualifications include 1–3 years in member/customer service, 1–3 years in financial

Qualifikationen

• 1-3 yrs experience in Member/Customer Service (Required)
• 1-3 yrs experience in Financial Services (Preferred)
• Notary License (Upon hire/ Required)
• NMLS Designation (Upon hire/ Required)
• Effective communication skills (oral and written)
• Background check including: Credit, Drug Screen, Bondability, & Criminal Background

Aufgaben

• Perform transactions in DNA accurately and efficiently (cash withdraws, deposits, loan payments)
• Process Credit Card payments in 3rd party portal
• Open IRAs and HSAs in Ascensus
• Open consumer accounts in DNA and perform account maintenance
• Process disputes for consumer and business members
• Balance cash drawers and comply with security procedures
• Witness and assist in audits as requested
• Inform Members about products, services, and promotions
