Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Associates degree is preferred.
• 1-3 yrs - Customer service experience is required.
• 1-3 yrs - Experience in financial services is preferred.
• Notary license is required upon hire.
• NMLS designation is required upon hire.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Background check including credit, drug screen, bondability & criminal history.

Responsibilities

• Perform transactions accurately in DNA: cash, deposits, loan payments.
• Process credit card payments in the 3rd party portal.
• Open IRAs and HSAs in Ascensus and handle related transactions.
• Process wires and inform members about products and promotions.
• Cross-sell credit union products and guide members to suitable services.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with Telhio policies and procedures.
• Balance cash drawers and participate in dual-control procedures.
• Assist in audits and open/maintain consumer and business accounts.
