Position Summary

We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You will help shape our member’s shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, well‑kept parking lot and ensure carts are ready and available.
• Assist members with loading vehicles and support a great member experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service, greeting and thanking members, answering questions, and recommending products.
• Maintain a clean, neat, member‑ready area and conduct safety sweeps of the facility.
• Handle merchandise and correct unsafe situations according to company policies.
• Process member purchases and handle payments using cash registers.
• Assist members with product selections and offer alternative options when items are out of stock.
• Stand for long periods and work on your feet, rain or shine.

Additional Compensation

Premiums up to $3.00 per hour may be applicable based on schedule, facility, season, or specific tasks performed.
