Member Assist Cart Attendant – Sam's Club

Responsibilities

In this role, you will ensure members have a well-kept parking lot and assist with their purchases. Key duties include:

• Maintaining a clean, neat, and member‑ready parking lot.
• Assisting members in loading carts and vehicles, and providing exceptional customer service.
• Ensuring carts are ready and available and that the parking lot remains safe.
• Supporting a fast‑paced, on-your-feet environment, standing for long periods while assisting members efficiently.
• Resolving member issues, providing alternative product options, and ensuring pick‑up orders are fulfilled.
• Conducting safety sweeps, reporting unsafe situations, and following company safety policies.
