Overview

Responsibilities

• In the member assist – cart attendant role, ensure a well-kept parking lot, assist members with purchases, and ensure carts are ready and available.
• Assist members in loading their vehicles and support creating a great member experience; stay on your feet and on the go.
• Maintain a positive attitude, greet and thank members, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain clean, member-ready areas.
• Ensure pickup orders are fulfilled, contact members about delays, inform about stock issues, offer alternatives, and assist with packaging and dispensation at pickup.
• Maintain safety of the facility, perform safety sweeps, handle merchandise per policy, and report unsafe situations.
• Comply with policies, participate in open-door policy, and adapt to change and feedback.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long periods; capable of fast-paced multitasking; focus on member satisfaction; problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to assist with purchases and payments as per policies.
