Member Assist Cart Attendant

Sam’s Club invites applicants to join our team as a Member Assist Cart Attendant. This role is focused on providing a positive shopping experience for members by maintaining a well‑organized parking lot, assisting with carting and loading vehicles, and offering exceptional customer service.

Base pay range

$16.00/hr – $23.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Assist members with selecting and loading merchandise into vehicles.
• Maintain a clean and member‑ready parking lot and front areas.
• Ensure carts and flat‑beds are available and properly stored.
• Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues.
• Work efficiently in fast‑paced environments, staying on feet throughout the shift.
• Perform safety sweeps, report hazards, and adhere to company policies.
• Collaborate with teammates and managers to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
