Member Assist Cart Attendant

Base Pay Range

$16.00/hr – $23.00/hr

Position Summary

We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression. In the Member Assist Cart Attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well-kept parking lot, including helping members with their purchases, and ensuring carts are ready and available. You will also assist members loading their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go. Rain or shine, sleet or snow, our members count on you.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready parking lot.
• Assist members in loading their vehicles and transporting items.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, thanking, and answering questions.
• Ensure carts/flatbeds are organized, available, and retrieved according to company policies.
• Conduct safety sweeps and report unsafe situations.
• Collaborate with managers, co-workers, and customers to meet priorities.
