Position Summary

We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our members’ entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a well‑kept parking lot by assisting members with their purchases, ensuring carts are ready and available, and helping load vehicles.
• Assist members in loading their vehicles and support creating a great member experience.
• Maintain a positive atmosphere by greeting, thanking, and providing exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member‑ready area.
• Perform safety sweeps and report unsafe situations.
• Follow company policies regarding handling merchandise, payments, cart retrieval, and parking lot cleanliness.
• Communicate progress and information with managers and co‑workers, and identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations.
• Provide Member Assistance for pick‑up orders, including notifying members of delays, offering alternative products, ensuring packaging, and resolving issues.
