Suncoast Credit Union is hiring a Branch Customer Representative (Member Advocate) to support member experiences at branch locations. You will handle teller transactions, promote financial products, and help members with questions and requests.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a financial environment preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members at the branch, delivering excellent service
• Explain Suncoast products and services to meet member needs
• Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments and transfers
• Verify identifications, balance drawers, and maintain accurate records
• Assist with branch operations and support daily cash handling tasks
