Qualifications

• Basic math proficiency to balance cash drawer and reconcile accounts.
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to learn Suncoast products and services to assist members.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome members, delivering excellent service.
• Identify opportunities to improve members’ financial lives.
• Advise members on Suncoast products and services based on needs.
• Answer questions and provide accurate information.
• Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
• Verify deposits and maintain accurate cash drawer balance.
• Open deposit accounts and perform account changes.
