Job summary

Suncoast Credit Union is seeking a Branch Customer Representative (Member Advocate) to deliver high-quality member service at our branch locations. The role involves processing teller transactions, advising members on financial products, and maintaining confidentiality while supporting daily branch operations.

The position emphasizes member experience, competency growth, and adherence to credit union policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year of experience with a financial institution or similar customer service role.
• General math proficiency to balance cash drawer and reconcile accounts.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome members to the branch providing excellent service.
• Present and advise members about Suncoast Credit Union products and services.
• Perform teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals and payments.
• Balance cash drawer and maintain balancing records.
• Ensure proper identification and endorsements are obtained.
