Qualifications

• Technologically savvy and quick to learn new software and processes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while staying calm and empathetic.
• Willingness to complete 1.5 weeks of training.

Responsibilities

• Respond to high-volume Tier 1 member inquiries by phone and email.
• Help members understand health benefits, account questions, network plans, and healthcare options.
• Guide members through benefits and assist with navigating and paying for healthcare.
• Provide empathetic and personalized customer service during enrollment periods.
• Learn new software programs and adapt to changing processes.
• Contribute to a positive team culture and collaborate to deliver an exceptional member experience.
