Our client, a leading healthcare technology company, is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative – Healthcare in Lehi, UT.

Pay Rate Range:

$18.00–$19.00/hour, depending on experience

Work Arrangement:

Hybrid – 2 days in the office

Responsibilities:

• Assist members via phone and email with questions about health insurance benefits, accounts, and provider networks.
• Help members understand their healthcare benefits and navigate related questions.
• Provide empathetic, high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Learn healthcare benefits, systems, and processes to resolve inquiries effectively.
• Collaborate with team leads and colleagues to deliver a positive customer experience.

Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Comfortable learning new software and processes.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
