Carenet Health is seeking a Healthcare Advocate to serve as the frontline for member and patient experience. You will handle calls, provide accurate information, document interactions, and follow scripts to ensure compliant, empathetic service. The role supports access to care and reinforces trust in our services.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in a call center, healthcare, or customer service environment preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with patient- and service-focus.
• Ability to follow structured processes, scripts, and compliance requirements.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to healthcare services, benefits, scheduling, and member support.
• Provide accurate information and guidance with empathy and professionalism.
• Follow approved scripts, workflows and escalation procedures.
• Document member interactions accurately in required systems.
• Identify and escalate issues needing additional support or resolution.
• Maintain schedules, attendance, and break requirements.
• Participate in coaching, quality reviews, and team meetings.
• Support initiatives to improve service quality and member experience.
• Stay current on healthcare processes, systems, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
