Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent education/experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of branch banking experience.
• Notary Public License and Signature Guarantee permissions within 6 months of training.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; able to multi-task, communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for members and enhance their experience by providing solutions.
• Attract new members and deepen relationships with existing members.
• Support the branch in growing a profitable book of business and achieve team goals.
• Build relationships through Community/Foundation involvement and referrals.
